News from Drogon Systems

May 2008:

No news for a while as we've been concentrating on finalising the latest release of the DSX software.

However we're decided to move to a wordpress BLOG type of news system with an emailed newsletter to inform you of the latest changes, news, information and maybe a bit of gossip and humour too.

The BLOG is called Notes from the Watertower.

February 2008:

• The latest additions to the DSX includes a multi-tenant facility. Aimed at the small to medium business who trade under separate names, but equally applicable to small managed office facilities.

January 2008:

• New features! the DSX now supports proper hunt groups, call groups, call queueing, the Flash Operators Panel (with a web-based layout facility!) and much much more.

September 2007:

• Full online billing for the VoIP platform is made available to clients via a web interface.

August 2007:

• Virtual PBX/Centrex server goes live and small business customers can now connect directly to this without having a PBX on-site.

July 2007:

• A reseller programme is finalised and the first systems are rolled out in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas.

June 2007:

• Drogon Systems sets up their first Internet to PSTN gateway server, giving the ability to register real telephone numbers, and place calls from an end-user via the Internet to the PSTN and vice-versa.

  The billing platform for this is developed and ready.
