Buying a Drogon DSX PABX System

There are 2 main ways of obtaining a DSX PABX system. The first is to buy it direct, and have it professionally installed by us and the other is to buy it through one of our resellers.

We are based in Devon and typically cover from Bristol to Cornwall.

We currently have resellers based in Hampshire, Cheshire and Yorkshire.

There is a third way - buy it direct and install it yourself. We don't recommend this, but it is possible - especially if you know enough about networks and router configurations to work your way through the system. Installation of the basic PBX should take less than 2 hours, and will require you to perform some administration and port-forwarding functions on your broadband router. Configuring the phones, etc. may take considerably longer.

We can supply a system pre-configured and ready to go, but there will be an additional fee to cover this, and you will still need to perform some tasks locally to complete the installation (E.g. port-forwarding on your broadband router to allow remote VoIP connections)

Prices? Variable, depending on the units capability (number of extensions supported, PSTN card, extended call-recording module, etc.) However, as a guide, buying directly from Drogon Systems, a wall-mounted unit for a small office with 2 analogue lines will cost £800 (+VAT) plus installation and telephone handset fees.
